Save Jefferson Elementary
Jay is the headstrong leader of the group, a tomboy who wishes to stay a kid forever. David is Jay's best friend - shy, smart, and musically talented. Zeke is the joker of the group, distinguished by his love for food and unusual crush on a high school singer. Robbie is a little out of place, as the athletic new kid, but manages to bond with the group. When these four fifth-graders discover their beloved school, Jefferson Elementary, is about to close, they are shocked and saddened. Jay refuses to accept she'll have to abandon the school she loves, for a school where all the kids she knows are mean, so she vows to, with the help of her friends, save Jefferson Elementary from closing. It's a daunting task - they'll have to enroll a LOT of new students! - but with the power of courage, teamwork, and friendship, they're up for the challenge! Can these four kids keep their school open? Or will the school be forced to close its doors forever? |
